Brick Debacle

So apparently the La Cava brick was not approved by the Fairwood HOA. So we are now getting the Old Marlborough Brick (Which is the light brick that the house in the post below has). All is well since the Old Marlborough Brick is what we originally wanted but they didn't have at the time.

We are expect to have loan approval by the end of next week and then hopefully we can get on the schedule to get construction started. I have a feeling we will be moving into the house in September.

+RickNadase Proctor +Sheldon Smith I heard today that prices are going up again on Monday! Sounds like the Milan will be offered at $405,000. Not sure how the other models will be impacted. We will be very happy once this loan is approved and construction begins!

  2. WOW!! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR AGAIN!! THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME AND THERE ARE STILL OVER 300 MORE HOUSES TO BUILD!!

So you know what that means!!!

So what's the deal with not having the La Cava Brick? Why won't they approve it? I know other bloggers had problems with the brick,

Will be exciting to see your lot break ground very soon!!

  4. Cool! I didn't get much detail about the brick and since they had the one we liked now, I didn't ask.

Once I get loan approval (hopefully sometime next week) I will be more aggressive about finding out a start date.
